Gig for SIMS

Hosting events for SIMS is a great way to raise money and spread awareness of the importance of emotional well-being in the music community. When you partner with SIMS, we help promote your event through social media, bring information and outreach to the show, and use funds raised to help others access mental health services.

Event Tiers

Level 1: Roadie

($0 – $999)

Every movement starts with grassroots energy! As a Roadie, you’re sparking awareness and showing your dedication to the SIMS mission. Here’s what you’ll receive:

A SIMS Event Kit, packed with essential information, stickers, promo materials (as available), and a donation box to help make an impact.
Potential for a SIMS volunteer to table event upon availability.
Your event featured on the SIMS Community Calendar.
A spotlight in our ‘Upcoming Events’ section of the newsletter (30 days in advance).
One shoutout via our social media stories to help amplify your efforts.

Level 2: Opening Act

($1,000- $2,499)

You’re cranking up the volume! Hosting an event at this level means greater community engagement and impact. Here’s what you’ll get:

Everything from the Roadie level.
A credit card donation device to maximize contributions.
Two social media story features to help promote your event.
A SIMS volunteer on-site to represent the foundation and engage attendees.

Level 3: Direct Support

($2,500 – $4,999)

You’re the backbone of the cause, ensuring SIMS can provide vital mental health resources. Your event will benefit from:

Everything from the Opening Act level.
Unlimited social media story reshares—because your support deserves recognition!
Collaboration on Instagram posts (if you provide graphics) to maximize outreach.
A dedicated Facebook post (if you provide graphics) to spread awareness of your event.
A SIMS representative (as available) to share our mission with your audience.

Level 4: Headliner

($5,000+)

You’re center stage in driving meaningful change! Your leadership in fundraising ensures Austin’s music community gets the mental health support it needs. Here’s how we’ll celebrate your contributions:

Everything from the Main Support level.
Additional SIMS volunteers to enhance your event experience.
Two dedicated Instagram posts (if you provide graphics) highlighting your event’s impact.
Two dedicated Facebook posts (if you provide graphics) showcasing your efforts.
A SIMS representative (as available) to personally connect with your audience and share the impact of your generosity.
