Welcome to the SIMS Foundation Portal!

Whether you’re a client or a provider, you can use the SIMS portal to access your account.

Access your SIMS portal account to stay connected and manage everything you need in one place by clicking the button below:

Account Setup

Welcome Email
When your SIMS Portal account is activated, you’ll receive a Welcome email from clinical@simsfoundation.org.
If you don’t see your Welcome email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk, spam, and deleted items folders.

Your Username
Your username is [your unique six-digit number]@simsportal.com and is included in the Welcome email. We recommend saving your username somewhere you’ll be able to access it easily and securely.

First-Time Login
Click the link in the Welcome email to access the portal for the first time. You’ll enter your username and will be prompted to create a password.

Expired Link
Login links are active for 24 hours. If yours has expired, email clinical@simsfoundation.org and we’ll send a new one.

For Clients

Once logged in, you can:

  • Complete required forms
  • Upload documents
  • View outstanding requests from SIMS clinical team

For Providers

Once logged in, you can:

  • Submit claims or reimbursement requests
  • View client authorizations
  • Update your provider information
  • View outstanding requests from SIMS clinical team
